Why you need to find out about customer service before you enroll

Before you enroll in a California online school make sure they have great customer service.  Customer service will provide you with answers when you have questions.  This can make or break you in a class.  Customer service and the California online school will help you resolve technical issue, financial issues and classroom issues.  These are all critical for the online student. 
To find out if the California online school that you are considering has great customer service ask the following questions:
  1. Does the California online school have a dedicated customer service phone number?
  2. How long does a teacher have to get back to me once emailed?
  3. How many students are in the class?
  4. Does your website have a place that I can chat with or email customer service?
  5. Does your website have a list of the most common questions?
  6. What are the hours of your customer service department?
These questions will help you understand how important customer service is to the California online school that you are considering.  Online education is an excellent experience for most students but customer service will make the experience better if it is exceptional.
